Initially only those people who are project admins will have the ability to commit changes. What this means is that if you want to submit changes to the code, you should do the following:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) Get the latest version from CVS. For details of how to do this, see:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2) Once you have made your changes, I would suggest doing a CVS update to see if anyone has changed anything in the meantime (unless you code very quickly!).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) Send your changes to one of the project admins.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4) We will merge it in (assuming it works and is appropriate etc)&lt;/p&gt;
