correct big-endian server port

The setting of the server port number sin_port in
drivers/accepter.cc was correct just for little-endian
machines. By using htons(), it works also on big-endian
hosts.

fix for Siemens S7 MPI drivers

I changed the function _daveTestChars(), so that it
can handle single bytes in the mid of a sequence as
don´t care. This was a quick way to use the same code
for S7-300 and 400 CPUs. I merged in this function
from what I had on my notebook, but obviously didn´t
test properly.
This is a quick fix.
Replaces the file nodave.c in directory drivers.

drivers/plcdrv.cc

plcdrv must set the pointer DI to NULL, or it will
read garbage from random memory addresses and maybe
crash the programm, if the derived driver doesn´t set
DI. This is fixed here.

The version in Visual-0.0.21 assigns one array of unsigned char to
another one. This was not intended.
