Thread: [Visualpython-users] Mac VPython questions

Hi.

A couple of questions before I take the plunge.

1) Has anyone had any experience using OroborOSX (a Mac port) rather than the plain Oroboros window manager with VPython?

2) Does the installation actually require *root* as opposed to simply an administrative account password? Under OS X, the default user has admin privileges. Is enabling root absolutely necessary?
