I have the latest version of TightVNC. Running under Windows XP Pro. Latest update (just finished it a little while ago). The alt-tab problem is still happening. I'm thinking the problem is that the alt key is not cleared when the key combination is struck. Possible method to overcome this problem is to check for a blur action. If blur occurs for TightVNC clear all keyboard entries.

If switching between host's windows with Alt+Tab, when current active window is Viewer's and then coming back to it, the toolbar indicates that Alt key is pressed and Alt events are sent to the remote server. Pressing Alt again gets it "unstuck". Note, this does not happen if focus was brought from arbitrary window to Viewer's (i.e. the Alt only "stucks" if window switching was initiated while the Viewer window was focused/active).
