Inconsistence with getLocalizedText() method

The getLocalizedText() method is defined more than once in components although its content is identical in all the places. This problem is generated by the fact that the WComponent doesn't have a text property.

One way or another this method should be defined in only one place. Find a design solution and implement.

WSelectBox: Items show spaces

When a WSelectBox is displayed with contained items, spaces between the items are shown. In browser these spaces look like blank items.

Revisiting the page maintains state

Once the current session is not expired and a page is revisited, its state is maintained. For example, if the browser leaves the application by visiting an external site and then returns to the main page, the main page is unchanged from the last visit. This may be a problem but it may just as well be a feature. It should be decided upon advantages and disadvantages of such behavior.
