Upload Size selection be persistent

It would be nice if the Upload Size field would be remembered from the last Publish session instead of being defaulted back to Original Size. I have to keep setting it to Large (1024 pixels) every time I upload.

Add error dialog

Error handling is largely absent in the code and done by WLPG. Add a dialog to display errors/exceptions that occurred.

Add tracing to the code

The code currently has no tracing functionality. Add Debug.Trace all over the code for field debugging.
