configure.ac: don't put dnl after AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE

Since dnl is placed after the AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE, following macro (AM_CONFIG_HEADER) is expanded at the same line, and this results in broken configure script.

I have moved comment to separate line and now configure file is generated properly.

Update mail count after mail reader exits

The attached patch makes wmbiff update its mail count immediately after the mail reader (launched by a mouse click) exits. This is useful if the check interval is high and you don't want an outdated count hanging around long after all new messages have been marked as read.

You might want to make this configurable.

Simple MH client addon

This patch should enable MH based mailboxes to be used.
MH format mailboxes work similar to maildir, except
that there is no 'new' and 'cur' directories. All mail
is given a numeric ID in the mail directory.

Note, this is very simple. It is a clone of the
maildir code, but no attempts have been made to really
pick out only new messages in it. I just threw this
together real quick so that I could use wmbiff to
display message counts for the mh directories that
sylpheed uses. If I find that I need it to work
differently, I'll upload another version of the patch.

There's probably much better ways of doing this but
this seemed to be the least painful way to solve some
problems i was getting with wmbiff on afterstep
(sometimes it wouldn't swallow into the wharf and i
_think_ it was stopping pager from closing properly as
well). At any rate this patch creates a thread for
each of the mailbox checking bits which communicate
with the main thread via a pipe.

re-read init on SIGUP

OK, this is the third time I've tried submitting this
patch. Hopefully this one will work.

This patch causes wmbiff to re-read the init file when
it receives SIGHUP. This is handy for adding/removing
mailboxes on the fly or parameters for a mailbox.

This patch is against 0.3.1. It causes wmbiff to
re-read the init file when it receives a SIGHUP.
