line registration errors are now shown in status bar (avoid many popups in case of random errors)
use stun.l.google.com as default STUN server, old STUN server no longer worked
use longer default REGISTER/SUBSCRIBE expiration time (120s), since previous default value could prevent REGISTER from working
proxy hostname now also works, previously one had to use IP due to bug in sipXtackLib (2xx ACKs failed to get sent)
compiled against wxWidgets 2.8.12
