Can't seem to reproduce this bug. Are you sure it's not caused by some other plugin? I remember a similar problem with xmp-vgmstream plugin (it caused other plugins to crash or something like that).
Try to temporarily remove all other plugins and test again. If the crash happens when only ZXTune plugin is loaded then please upload the files that cause the crash so I can test it with real data.

So when having xmpzxtune in xmplay and dragging in a .sfv file (they are usually for saying which files are in an album.)
xmplay will crash and give a NULL error message.
Can you fix this please?
