Hud doesnt work after reconnection

If you lose or close your connection and then
reconnect the HUD doesnt work.

focus issues after you load a map

I hope this is the right catagory. In Windows when
you load or save a map the curser turns grey and you
get strange responces if you start typing till you
switch the cursor focus away and then back again.

jumping and the Hud

I assume this is the right catagory, When you right
click on the hex you want to jump to if you are 0.1
of a hex over your jump range it gives "Target out of
range", this is most annoying. Also often you dont
land in the hex you clicked on, I thing the range and
bearing calculators use here need to be looked over
again.

inferno messes up the heat scale

I am assuming this is the right catagory, when you
get infernoed on a btmux your heatscale reads lower
than it should.

i use frontier mux and while im playing every 15
seconds my text interface will spamm me with
"ninjalo/gotfirst" then in a new line
"ninjalo/tacteight" newline ninjalo/hudtactical" so on
and so forth for about 9 lines
then repeats 15 to 30 seconds later the entire time
while i play. please respond to this

Coordinates on Armor Diagram

This may just be my box, but the hex shown above the
armor diagram is currently overlapping on the top of
my biped's head. It's a minor issue but polish is a
good thing :)

Tearing on off-sides IDs

If a unit is out of your viewing window on the map
display, its ID sits on the edge of the display. If
you move your map display, the ID tends to tear a bit
and leave trails on the map image.

libxmperlinterpreter Lib Checking

The configure script should check for the presence of
the perl lib early on so this doesn't pop up out of
nowhere. It already does this correctly for the X libs.

temp messed up

im not positive about the other mechs, but i know
with the whm-7k for positive, that while firing, the
temp gauge at the top of the hud is wrong, giving not
only a mis-reading to the user, but also gives a mis-
reading on the estimated heat level of the weapons to
be fired (if the weapon is going put my heat in the
yellow i know not to fire)

The problem comes when I log on to my mud.
I play on MUME, which is fire.pvv.org 23
After I type my character's name, the client suddenly
stops local echo and none of my key bindings work.
On the terminal I receive the following messsages:

WILL ECHO ## upon
connection
got an echo change 0 ## after entering
the name

These error messages also show up (at random):
Xlib: extension "SHAPE" missing on display ":0.0".

And these show up when I close the program:
