&lt;p&gt;There is no jpl.dll in yap64/bin only a libjpl.dll yet when I compile Java code using the included jpl.jar (in share/jpl) the runtime appears to be looking for jpl.dll (I assume) from exception UnsatisfiedLinkError:no jpl in java.library.path&lt;br/&gt;
there is no jpl.dll in the distribution although there is a libjpl.dll.&lt;/p&gt;
