Within Resolution Queue is a quality monitoring tool called Instilling Quality, which objectively scores follow-up activities on accounts by user, confirming that accounts are worked effectively. These tools can be used in conjunction with one another or can be licensed separately as standalone tools, based on your needs. The lessons we learned by collaborating with healthcare providers over the years helped us develop Resolution Queue, which can seamlessly automate the process of distributing and tracking A/R assigned to staff and can lead to higher cash collections and account resolution. Resolution Queue allows you to make the decision on prioritizing accounts. The work queues can be preset or created on-demand using various data fields such as payer, groups, balance, age, etc.
