    Overall: My overall experience with Atera has been largely positive. Its unified platform, blending RMM, PSA, and remote access, has been a game-changer in managing IT across various schools. This integration simplifies complex tasks and improves efficiency, which is crucial in my role.

    2. Easy accessability on mobile application for the on-go IT tasks management.
    3.Excellent custom alerts and notifications.

    5. Backup and recovery capability to critical and sensitive data.
    6. Awesome tickets systems for easier creation and service tickets management.

    Cons: It has been a great user experience that I have always desired. But finally the dream comes true after deploying this product to my daily routine. Though all work well, the support team is slow on giving back feedback on issues relating to this product. They need to step up.
