Pros: The professional we dealt with was Kevin F and he was not only extremely knowledgeable but awesome to work with.

Cons: Sad to say but it is solely our lack of knowledge. The program is easy to work, you just have to take the time to learn the system as well.

Overall: In my the 25 years in law enforcement, I have not worked with a company this good. The programming is user friendly and the customer service is second to none.

Pros: Wide range of supported evidence.
Multiple search and reporting options.
Different viewers and export options.

Cons: The UI, documentation and support are only in English.
Not a problem for me, but a problem for some of my colleagues.

Overall: We use Electronic Evidence Examiner both for mobile investigations and getting data from disk images.
The solution has wide range of features including different types of searches (weird named, but you get used to it), sorting, indexing, reporting.
Data is displayed in comprehensible format, everything is quite clear (though might be a bit dull, lacking fancy stuff like charts and animations). But the application is quick and stable and does it work perfectly. You can import data from iPhones, get data from Discord or Slack, or analyze the Registry. Whatever you need.

Cons: - Can be somewhat of a system hog at times, but very few and far in between
- no access to 2FA iCloud accounts at this time, however I've been told that's being worked on

Overall: This is a great forensic tool, and the staff at Paraben are very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about their product and industry.

Pros: Easy to use.
Supports a huge variety of digital artifacts.
Price is budget-friendly.
Excellent analysis options with each type of data.

Cons: Needs a few more supported file systems, all the primaries are good just need some obscure ones.

Overall: An excellent tool with great support and customer service. The company does what it says it does and stands by the technology.
