Jotform

Pros: JotForm has totally changed the way we do business in our school district! It is easy to use with simple clicks to add fields, widgets to make more complicated needs easy and the ability to integrate with everything from Google to Zoom to Dropbox to Paypal and dozens more! The new approval flow is a great addition and one that I know we will be implementing soon. The ability to create endless conditions is my favorite!!

Cons: There really isn't anything I don't like! I look forward to updates as they are always exciting and give me more opportunity to do what I thought couldn't be done.

Overall: Fantastic! I would recommend JotForm to anyone! It is a gamechanger and can simplify things exponentially, thus allowing more time for projects and responsibilities that require more attention.

Pros: JotForm has incredible depth - countless integrations, flexible reporting building, endless field options, and a user interface anyone can use. The layout and simplicity of their form builder allows anyone to create custom forms that look professional in hardly anytime. We have been using JotForm for years and are continually impressed with the upgrades made to their platform and form building experience.

Cons: While JotForm is very easy to use, I wish that there was easier access to support - a live chat or phone number to call - when you do have a hiccup and want to talk through a solution.

Overall: Overall I couldn't recommend JotForm with more enthusiasm for anyone looking to create a simple form all the way to complex online stores with inventory management and payment processing. They integrate with so many platforms that really almost anything you can dream up in terms of data collection, processing and reporting is possible!

Pros: Easy to use and very customizable. There are a bunch of pre-built forms that can be chosen from to help get started. Also, JotForms integrates with a ton of other 3rd party services such as Google sheets, ZenDesk, Zapier and more.

Cons: No ability to add custom javascript to the form. I have used other form builders in the past and some of them allow you to add custom javascript.

Overall: Overall I highly recommend this product especially at the price point. We have built well over dozens of forms that are used on a daily basis and never had any issues.

Pros: Allows us to securely capture information from our employees in a secure environment. Employees have found form easy to use.

Cons: Would like to see more robust reporting options and more options for multiple language support (user can select language).

Overall: Overall, very easy to use - can be used by virtually anyone with no "tech" experience. Would recommend for HR department who frequently need to capture information from employees.

Pros: Since we are updating our form weekly, the actual updating process is pretty seamless. There's several different features that are convenient, but also some that don't work as best as they can.

Cons: Sometimes Data is not sent with all fields present, or even worse, not sent to us via email at all. Autofill can also not work at its best ability. often, which can skew data.

Overall: There are definitely some kinks, but overall, this service has helped save time and energy since we are getting over 300+ submissions per week. Some things that would change this service to a 100% for me, would be if all submissions are sent via email, as we are often missing several. Also, sometimes the email that is sent is completely missing data, which causes us to have to search for their entry onsite. Obviously, it's not a complete turn-off, but if not caught , this causes issues.

Pros: As a solar company that's trying to establish itself online, jot forms were a real lifesaver. It was easy to set up. We hand a landing page for potential customers. Perfect solution.

Cons: For me and my team, we don't have any complaints with jot form.

Overall: I have been using a number of software applications at various startups and I had a really good time with jot form. Overall, I give it 5 stars.

Pros: Easy to embed into our website.

Cons: I don't have CSS knowledge which makes a lot of things hard. Fairly ugly out of the box user interfaces

Overall: Super customizable with CSS and the support team helps to provide custom CSS when needed.

Pros: Jotform is an easiest way to build a form online. This software can create and publish forms from any device. Highly customisable features. Automatic daily works. Save lots of time and energy and efforts. It also helps in collecting payments online with security. Easy to install, publish and setup.

Cons: Feature rich with customisable interface software. No cons till now.

Overall: Pre built templates like form templates, card form templates are available which can be used in building or creating forms very easily and quickly. Some of its main features are assign forms, mobile forms, secure forms, HIPPA forms, pdf editor, online payment, reports builder etc. Seamlessly integrates with email and web site.

Pros: JotForm has a high number of preformatted templates and highly configurable form elements. The predesigned color schemes are great, but can be highly customized to match your branding. The HIPAA security and data encryption mean that Jotform can be used to collect Protected Health Information (PHI) and personal information like Tax ID numbers securely.

Cons: Jotform just launched a new product which may resolve my primary con: Limited formatting of the notification email information. We wanted to exclude blank fields. This was not possible last time I checked a couple of months ago.

Overall: JotForm has taken webforms to the next level with the large of preformatted templates and highly configurable form elements. You can add an "Address" element without having to add each line. The collected data can easily be synced to 3rd party databases. The large number of community and 3rd party widgets has really extended Jotform's use.
