Pros: Really easy to use, helpful for team sharing and project planning. Has made my workload so much easier!

Cons: Would be great to have a calendar view of tasks and display tasks in a "project planning" view

Overall: Overall great! Would recommend it to anyone working on projects with a team

Pros: The interface is nice, colourful and simple.
The app is OK.
Links to google account and google drive.
Cool links to mind maps with Mind Meister.
Easy to use / add tasks (on the web version).

Cons: Subscription too expensive for personal user.

Tasks are not automatically assigned to whomever adds them (without subscribing). As a personal user, it's always me, therefore this gets annoying.

The current "focus" feature is poor.
No customisation available for the homepage, it looks a bit sparse. It would be nice if I could add specific tasks or projects to it, e.g. a task I am working on for the next week.

Not able to see the checklist items on tasks without clicking to edit the task . I have been told by support that this was omitted as checklists can become long thus ruining the aesthetic, but I'd still rather see my checklists. It would be nice if there was an option to have them displayed (toggle on/off maybe).

Adding tasks on the app is more arduous and setting a due date takes additional taps.

Overall: Overall it's my favourite task management software out there but it's not perfect for personal users. The platform is aimed at business users and teams, and I feel the subscription cost is too high for personal use (cheapest is 'Pro' at £8.25 per month). I'd happily pay a smaller monthly/one off (<£4/£40) payment to access the features I desire as a personal user. It would be nice to have the option!

(edit: Mind Meister has a personal subscription on offer).

Pros: I love the ability to list down ideas and thoughts into boxes and then be able to move these around as we require.

We use Meistertask to plan and create social media marketing posts and visual branding.

Now an essential business planning tool for us.

Cons: MT requires more flexible working with images and the displaying of task boxes, for example - be able to make them bigger to hold more text when viewed in project/column mode. To be able to drag images into the task boxes and have them display as full box images. That way you can use MT to visually arrange imagery/social media posts/promo images/

Overall: Fantastic business and planning software. From listing tasks, creating production schedules, social media and marketing planning Meistertask is just great.

For us we use this for everything in our business. It's the ultimate planning tool.

Pros: As an independent contractor I am so grateful they have a version of this I am able to use on my own. So many products don't allow you to even try, and it's too expensive for one person. But I have been using the free version for a couple of years just by myself and it is life-changing!

Easy to use. Love the UI. The due dates, the prioritization, the visually appealing design and layout. Basically everything about it is fantastic. I have tried many other task management services, but NOTHING COMPARES to MEISTERTASK.

Cons: If I didn't like it, I wouldn't use it :) Truly, it's fantastic.

Overall: I am so happy with this product. It has helped me sort out my ADHD brain into a clean, manageable list of priorities and tasks to be completed. I am so glad I found MeisterTask. It's truly life changing!

Pros: This task manager is simple but powerful. Packed with full of features, you can use for yourself or your small team.

Cons: Wish a better integration than iFrame in OSX. There’s no benefits of using the Mac app

Overall: I would recommend greatly this app for yourself or your small team. You can easily dispatch task to anyone in your team.
