Pros: Miro collaboration whiteboard is used for all of our product launches, product/experience ideation and process upgrades. Miro has allowed us to continue our cadence of in-person workshops during the past few years and also leveled the playing field for users/participants that may not speak up in an in person workshop. Combined with audio video on Skype, we have a robust communication platform.

Cons: While Miro offers some offline functionality, such as the ability to view and edit boards offline, it is not sufficient for teams that frequently work in areas with poor internet connectivity.

I wanted to make it a little easier, more intuitive and a little less design-centered, but also just in regular marketing centered on people. When you first start registering, it can be a little crazy, but you're finally getting used to it. I'm glad you can still use the free plan with Miro.

Cons: Miro has account limitations to just 3 boards so it's a bit difficult to attract new users. It also could be better if Miro could allow different user groups within a team in order to give different permissions for different projects.
