We can also create and insert graphs and shapes to make our presentations more interesting through PowePoint.

Cons: It is perfect solution for presenting our data and easy to use.

Overall: PowerPoint has very significant role in growth of professional life, as the art of presenting any data to high management really helps in professional growth. And PowerPoint really helps in making powerful presentations to impress your high ups.

Pros: Microsoft PowerPoint is very helpful in creating best presentations of any kind with lot of beautiful templates. It is super easy to create presentation of your choice and design through PowerPoint and anyone can use it without any special training and in depth knowledge.

Cons: There is no any difficulty I ever found while creating my presentations through PowerPoint.

Overall: Overall Microsoft PowerPoint is ultimate application for creating powerful and detailed presentations and I would recommend it to every student and professional.

Pros: Make slides for presentations with ease. There's a ton of free and paid themes out there for you to use to make your Powerpoint presentation look really great. No one really uses them much anymore, but there are a lot of animations and effects you can do if you really wanted to. Powerpoint works for most presentation needs, whether it's for a lecture or a group project or business.

Cons: It can be a little hard to format and arrange things sometimes. I've definitely had many nights of being frustrated over getting something to look a specific way, and sometimes still have it go wrong during the presentation by being cut off. Definitely make sure you test, test, test everything before you actually go to present.

Overall: I've used this quite literally since I was in 8th grade way back in 2003-2004. It hasn't really changed in all that time, and it doesn't need to. It's already great as is. Some may find it dated looking, but change just for change-sake doesn't make something great. I remember when people were encouraging me to switch over to Prezi, but nobody uses that in a classroom. It's easy to make something that looks really good, and similar products, like Google Slides, just copy what Microsoft already did. Since it's a Microsoft project, there's integration with other Microsoft programs like Teams. When you put aside its age and minor issues in formatting here and there, it's pretty much everything it needs to be even now in the 2020s.

Pros: PowerPoint is a wonderful application which helps us in creating beautiful, detailed and eye catching presentations based on our data input and images. It has always been very helping software to attract management through easily compiled presentations by using already available templates or creating our own.

Cons: PowerPoint has very comprehensive solutions for creating presentations without any flaws.

Overall: Microsoft has always provided wonderful applications for every aspect of daily use and PowerPoint is also one of the best and comprehensive application for creating wonderful presentations.

Pros: - Is available both offline and on cloud.
- Nice, sleek interface. I love the modern look.
- Great options for adding transitions and animations to slides.
- The clip art library is no longer available offline, which is sad.
- Ability to share presentations via Lync is useful.
- The new comments feature is much desirable too.

Cons: Pricey. Honestly, it would be good to have just PowerPoint for my presentation uses, but no; I need to get the whole package! And it is overpriced.

Overall: It does a great job of creating lovely presentations for you, but if you are looking for cheaper versions, there are other alternatives out there that does the same job.

Pros: Microsoft PowerPoint has been one of the most used application for me since years as it has always helped me to present my data and related work with supportive formats in presentation form as a student in the past and now as a professional.

Pros: PowerPoint has everything in it needed to produce and project your data and opinions presentable at any small or big stage very effectively. Available built in templates and designs, inserting and editing of any form of data or files, and compiling everything in a presentable way at class, meetings or any other forum are the big pros with Microsoft PowerPoint.

Cons: Inserting of excel files and converting them to be viewable directly in the presentation is little techy, there should be some consideration to make this process easier.

Overall: Microsoft PowerPoint is actually a very powerful tool for compiling an effective and attractive presentations and it has numerous addons available within it to standout this tool as the best of all.

Pros: Microsoft PowerPoint presentation is very good application for presenting your data or pictorial view in any meeting or explaining any important business or studies case to your clients and students. It has lot of available templates to work on, which are very eye catching and attractive. Support of attaching different types of file types in your single presentation is a big plus with Microsoft PowerPoint.

Cons: Everything needed for routine presentations are readily available in Microsoft PowerPoint and there are no cons found in this software.

Overall: Overall Microsoft PowerPoint is well organized software and fulfill all needs to create a strong presentations. It comes preloaded with Microsoft 365 and available on all platforms, which makes it easily available anytime and anywhere.

Pros: PowerPoint has ruled the world of presentations for over a decade and still does so with great authority. It offers a premium experience with the neat familiar ribbon interface, free designs, transitions and the wide range of features. Now, it can even be accessed using just a browser as a part of Microsoft 365 subscription helping in collaboration as well.

Cons: Not really a con, but i think the standalone pricing is not justified as there are a lot of free and cheaper alternatives available. But as a part of Office suite it is value for money.

Overall: Been a user for more than a decade and PowerPoint is the default tool i sue for presentations. It is as easy as it gets and is a delight to use for creating quick or detailed presentations.

Pros: Just like all other Microsoft products, there are too many pros to list in this post. PowerPoint is a very user friendly tool. I love using this over Keynote.

Cons: There really aren't a lot of cons with this product. I would highly recommend it.

Overall: Microsoft PowerPoint is a leading presentation platform. I have been using from student life to today's professional business life. It allows us to speak out imaginations and vision into a presentation format. Very easy to use.

Pros: - It is so easy to get started with PowerPoint. There is hardly any hidden stuff and the learning curve is not that steep.

Cons: - I think Microsoft should try to re-innovate this tool after serving the same old templates for decades now.

Overall: PowerPoint might not be the slickest looking tool out there but it really gets the job done for almost any purpose.

Cons: It can have a lower price point to encourage purchases in markets like India.

Overall: It's the most widely used presentation application which almost individuals of every segment has some purpose with. From school projects to office meetings, it has it all covered.

Cons: The standalone PowerPoint software is very expensive. Although it also comes in bundles with other Office apps, the standalone price should be decreased.

Overall: Be it a school project presentation or corporate presentation, Microsoft PowerPoint is the ideal candidate. It's simplicity, ease of use and features, make it the perfect solution for any presentation needs.

Overall: My experience with PowerPoint is almost 5 years now. It always helps me in putting my view in an easily consumable format.

For any enterprise, PowerPoint is very helpful because of the cost which is free. It is truly our one and only solution that we can use at scale, and we are incredibly happy with it both as individual users and as a company.

Pros: PowerPoint is a wonderful tool for presenting. It is my personal favorite as it has everything (and more) needed to put together a good presentation.

Cons: I wish collaboration was easier and I wish I didn't get prompted to use their design options so often.

Overall: Overall, it is my go-to software for making presentations. I would recommend it to anyone doing the same.

Pros: Ubiquitous for presenting. Used for large groups and for small meetings alike. Really great editing tools also for day to day things such as quick and easy photo editing and adding graphics to a drawing.

Cons: Once you get up into the really big PPTs (1GB presentations with hundreds of slides) it starts being a resource hog on your computer and can even occasionally crash. Otherwise it is extremely reliable.

Overall: Use this EVERY day for my job. Presenting to groups, using for meeting presentations, even dropping a photo in to remove the background, add arrows and other simple tasks then exporting as a PDF or JPEG. Very handy tool for many applications.

Pros: Slides makes the presentation looks good. Animation can be added. All edit tools available which is required for making good slides. Bullets points focus on the main points. Ppt file can be saved and share with other users easily.

Cons: File size is slightly high if animation and slide transition is added. May face difficulty in attaching the mail.

Overall: It's very good software and available in nearly all PCs which have Microsoft Office. This tool is used daily for making presentations and also helpful in teaching in smart classes. All transitions, and edit tools helps in making presentation is acceptable by users.
