TSplus Remote Access

Pros: I am the admin of hosting terminal server using TSplus. Really very good subscription to host. Very friendly, setting will take just 10 minutes to configure the TSplus.

Cons: The HTML and REMOTE both are working without any issue. Every update for TSplus help to improve the performance. TSplus has advanced security, it's next level.

Overall: All over the application is too good and i always prefer and just the TSplus to my clients to access the application server. App assign for the domain user is friendly.

Pros: I really very thankful for the best services provided by TSplus. The configuration for HTML and remote were very easy. Also Virtual printer setting web portal designs are really good.

Cons: I can also view the session connection by client access. Make the schedule for the access is very easy. Not forget to mention for the web app is very useful. Also, the two-factor authentication secure the connection.

Overall: Overall, I like the TSplus. Thanks to TSplus to save our time and remove our pressure. Very good support and update frequently to secure the application.

Pros: We've been using RDS-Knight for several years to secure our Internet-facing Remote Desktop clients from the immediate and incessant attacks they face. We configure the product to allow only USA-based IPs to attempt to connect and login while giving those entities 3 failed attempts over a 24 hour time span before being blocked. ALL foreign IPs are prevented from connecting and attempting logins. We configure the product to communicate with the Windows firewall to do the actual blocking. RDS-Knight logs and displays the incoming attempts to access the RDS interface, which can be set to any listening port without having to configure the product, so we can see exactly what is happening on the RDS interface.

We have yet to have a single incursion by an attacking entity since starting to use the product in 2019!

Much simpler and just as secure as using as using a VPN.

Cons: Initially we did not catch the fact that some of our systems protected with Symantec's Endpoint Protection with Network Threat Protection enabled were not blocking the identified attacking IPs as the Windows firewall, even though being updated, was not actually blocking the incoming IPs as it had been superseded by the SEP firewall. This was OUR issue and NOT anything that was actually negative about the RDS-Knight product.

Overall: Very good! We can advise our clients using RDP that they are secure without concern for break-ins on the service.

Pros: TSPlus is simple to setup and configure for business use.
The interface is very user friendly.
As an IT bloke using Microsoft RDP for over 20 years. I was surprised and happy I could acquire such a product to deliver to a start up business who wanted to minimize overheads especially in IT. They have a flat network and just want MYOB to be accessible wherever they are out buying raw copra and cocoa and delivering Portland cement to buyers remotely.
This product has made their staff more productive and their CFO in Australia has easy access to their Finances to extract reports for the company directors.

Cons: A bit annoying to login and and advanced security window is displayed trying to get you to buy that module. I guess this can easily be uninstalled. Otherwise a great product.

Overall: I have other potential clients wanting access to their MYOB remotely. Because cloud does not work well in Vanuatu business not using muon cloud or Xero.
So having a product like TSPlus is perfect for business who need decent RDP to their systems for an affordable price.

Pros: We VENSOL IT SERVICES based in Bangalore India, are providing solutions around TSplus for over a decade. TSplus based solutions are very well received by most industry verticals.

TSplus remote access software is very articulated done keeping mind both Techie and end users. The installation of the product is just few clicks and if you have a clarification the documentation / manuals are so self explanatory we can resolve most issues.

Support team is very responsive to all our query, and TAT is very satisfactory.

Cons: We as a service provider would like to have a call center and talk to a agent and explain about the issue at our client site and resolve it then and there, instead of mail response which take a while due to time zone.
We would also like a simpler system to give control to TSplus support agent of our server when issue are not resolved with all tried options mentioned by mail or documentations, as this is unavailable the downtime in some cases have been more than 12-16 hours.

Overall: TSplus has helped our company grow. We are happy to use and resell the product across India.

Pros: The admin console is very intuitive and easy to use for managing user access to certain applications. The customization ability for the remote access options (remote desktop experience vs remote apps, application portal design, mobile device clients) goes further than your standard Windows Server terminal services setup.

Having RemoteApps integrates better to user local resources than standard remote desktop session.

Cons: Occasionally, all assigned applications will launch concurrently for a user session. It is simple to task kill the remote app process to stop rapid fire remote apps and try again, but can be concerning to a user when it happens.

Overall: Overall, quite satisfied with this as a terminal services solution as opposed to Windows Server setup. Easy to manage, few issues with application or its resource usage, and when we did encounter a problem, TSplus support was responsive and assisted til resolution.

Pros: Fantastic Remote Desktop licensing product that helps us keep our security in place and provide fantastic features to our end user regardless of platform they connect from. They love connecting from their phones and using the web portal remote. Virtual printing is awesome!

Overall: Fantastic product as mentioned above . We have it rolled out to 100s of users connecting to servers all over the country. Highly recommend this product to all companies and technology providers.

Pros: TS Plus is super easy to install, setup and get going. The pricing is AMAZING! Has the majority of functions of the big guys but a fraction of the price. Can do full TS setups or published apps for seamless remote setups. The Virtual printer is great, it just works. Different levels of software from just the basic to enterprise server farms. Their RDS security software is great! It locks down your RDP from Ransomware attacks, to allowed only IP’s and to use their RDP client to connect in for extra security. It’s just fantastic.

Cons: Didn’t like the partner portal, it was just hard to find stuff. But they just updated it and it’s a lot cleaner and easier so a con turned to a pro. Can’t edit the RDP client after creating it so have to create a new one and get to the client. The Universal and Virtual printers usually work fine, but sometimes have some issues with the service but Virtual printer really solved all the Universal printer issues.

Overall: Been using TS Plus since about 2015 and I’ll keep on using it! It’s just the best value for any small business looking to do a Terminal Server. Super cheap and full of features. Regularly updated to fix issues and add features. Highly Recommended for your business!
