Pros: Easy to use and understand. I've been a user since TimeClick was brand new on the market. I appreciate the reasonable pricing.

Cons: There really isn't anything negative that I can think of!

Overall: I've been pleased with the development of the program over time and support has always been reliable.

Pros: The product is very easy to use. It also has many helpful features for the administrator to keep track of staff/departments.

Cons: I do not have any issues with the product so I can't say there are any cons.

Overall: We have been working with TimeClick for many, many years. We have been offered other products, including through our patient management software, but refuse to change.

Pros: I have used this software for a long time. 10 - 15 years. Support is quick and personable. They have been there through migrating software and servers. If you rely on software for your payroll this is a great product. Easy for staff to use. Easy to administer. I have a free(included) on another software program but I would rather use Timeclick.

Cons: Yes I pay annual support. How else can you get a live person on the phone who can speak clearly with me?

Overall: Very happy with the product. Does its job without headaches. I use less than the full extent of the software but it is more than adequate.

Pros: I have been a customer for many years and I am very pleased with the cost, service and support team!

Cons: Nothing i can think of for it is a very easy accurate service.

Pros: Love the ease of use. How fast it is to log in, clock in, clock out etc. Love how easy it is for Admin to change times and make edits. Time sheet is easy to read.

Cons: I really do not have any cons for this product.

Overall: TimeClick is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this product to other businesses that are looking for an easy and smooth time clock for their office staff.

Pros: I love everything about this product! Clocking in and out, Running reports and keeping track of PTO hours is a breeze!

Cons: There used to be a few glitches with this product however with the new update those glitches have been corrected!

Overall: All my employees use TimeClick to clock in every day and love it! They can generate time reports and send messages to the admin to request PTO time. Admins use this to generate payroll reports. No one has any complaints!
