It uniformly syncs conversations and files across all platforms helping its users stay informed on all the work updates. Team collaboration happens faster with Troop Messenger’s exclusively range of work productive features.

Cons: Saying it honestly! We have never found any problems that stopped our work communication with this product.

We merely have found any flaws within Troop Messenger. The office work communication happens at a good pace with it.

Overall: Internal team communication and collaboration go seamless with Troop Messenger. It functions uniquely in every way. Be it messaging, calling, remote screen share, UI and UX, file management, group audio-video calling, developer-friendly collaboration features, etc. All have extended abilities to their basic versions. When it comes to security features, it offers multi-layer access control protection to its users.

Pros: A few of the best features that most of us use are; search filters that are defined at every nook and corner of the UI, attachment preview of text files, images and videos, markers and indicators that keeps users informed about processes and features, integrations, and more. We use the SaaS version of Troop Messenger as we find it cost-effective and suits our team size.

Cons: We are waiting for the group calling feature to have a chat facility within it.

Overall: Troop Messenger has all the features of team collaboration. Moreover, it has jointly-code and code snippets in it for developers. These features help our development team to collaborate on the same online code editor from remote locations. Our work productivity has improved with it.

Pros: Troop Messenger helped our businesses and teams focus on increasing our work productivity and reduce time waste with its well-designed collaboration features. Its group audio-video conferencing keeps everyone in the loop to discuss projects and take collaborative decisions on the work updates. The team of developers in our company liked the feature, Jointly code. It allows them to collaborate on the project code.

Cons: Sometimes, the preview of text files will take a little longer time to open.

Overall: I feel Troop Messenger is a reliable solution for the team collaboration of in-house teams, remote teams as all our work communication is centralized now. It’s the simplest to use applications by small or large teams.

Pros: Troop messenger has become a very important software in my organization to collaborate and manage teams. I love the ease to centralize our communication and make every chat professional. The mobile application is very advantageous for this purpose.

Cons: The file-sharing during chat is slightly clunky.

Overall: In usability, I will give Troop Messenger 10 out of 10. The integration of the video conference is my favorite. The private chat is also quite useful. Its mobile app work hassle-free.
