    Pros: WorkBright is a great system that lets me customize what I need from new employees. It has great improved our onboarding process.

    Cons: Reviewing paperwork recently became more difficult with a new update.

    Overall: I love WorkBright; I use it every day. My company switched from using hard copy/printed employee files and it’s been a game changer.

    Cons: I don't have a con for this product it is awesome.

    Overall: WorkBright's ATS platform is awesome. It is very user-friendly and provides the ability to track all applicants at a glance and gives percentages for overall company tracking as well. I would recommend this product to any employer.

    Pros: WorkBright application tracking system allows a great overall platform to track applications, make specific delineations using tags, and allow for ongoing rating of applicants as they continue through the process. It is very user friendly and easy to communicate with other colleagues in the hiring process with knowing where and how to track all communication and notes per every single applicant. The onboarding aspects of the WorkBright software have allowed me to onboard 50-60 staff members at the same time with minimal stress and ease of ensuring all requirements are done.

    Cons: I would prefer to be able to make simple edits and changes to my front-end view of application questions myself without always having to go through the process of describing the desired outcome to WorkBright staff for them to do.

    Overall: WorkBright has became the most valuable and necessary software program I use in my day-to-day duties as a staff hiring director. It encompasses a user-friendly platform that makes tracking intricate details from 100+ applicants and then hired members easy to follow while ensuring compliance and professional level quality at all times. I couldn't imagine the stress I would have in my position if I did not have this software. I recommend the WorkBright platform for application tracking and onboarding to anyone in a position for hiring employees.

    Pros: Contract negotiation & implementation was a breeze, ease of use for new employees is straightforward and accessible, and we've received a high level of very responsive support which meets the unique needs of our organization's setup. Really happy with the experience.

    Cons: No real cons to speak of. There is a MINOR suggestion we have made: it would be great to have the ability to customize the verbiage within the WorkBright notification text message that new hires receive - perhaps this functionality will come in future. Again, this is a 'nice to have' not a 'need to have' (therefore it's not a 'real con'). We have been very happy with the interface and functionality.

    Overall: We implemented WorkBright's I-9 verification tool and it has been a game-changer for us - the new employee experience is a lot more streamlined, and we don't have to worry about compliance issues.

    "Best I-9 Compliance Software"

    Pros: We have been thrilled with WorkBright. They are by far the best solution for I-9 compliance that we have found. Specifically, they make it so easy for our new hires to get their I-9 documents verified in person. Other vendors we looked at used notaries or on-site kiosks but WorkBright allows our employees to verify their I-9 documents from home. The software is easy to use and we have been very happy with the support.

    Cons: The website was a bit slow during August due to the number of reverifications going on to comply with the end of COVID-19 I-9 rules. However, since that time the website has been very responsive and our new hires have had a great experience with the platform.

    Overall: Great software! We have been very impressed with WorkBright. It was very easy to implement and we went live in just about a week. Our new hires are able to verify their I-9s remotely and our executive team has been thrilled with the results.

    Pros: WorkBright has been a blessing ever since we switched over to using it with our company with our applicants and new hires Onboarding. It's self explanatory.

    Cons: Needs more forms in Spanish. I'm not sure if that's on my company or not but only set back for me.

    Overall: Very efficient and easy to look up status of applicants. If they have forms incomplete or rejected I can easily send them a message stating what needs to be completed properly. Would be 5 stars if had more forms in Spanish.

    "Solid Software that gets the Job Done! "

    Pros: The software organizes new hires well. The functionality fits all of our needs and lets us manage large groups of hires at the same time. I like how we can add what onboarding documents are required, and edit and change them as needed.

    Cons: We have issues with the start dates populating from our applicant software - applicantpro. Not WorkBright's direct problem, but sometimes getting information from one app into can be an issue. Once the start date is in WorkBright you have to do some very specific navigating to get notifications and alerts properly changed. I wish there was a way to soft reset an employee so that dates were accurate!

    Overall: Overall, we love WorkBright and have no plans to switch to another software when this one is excelling at the needs we have. The positives highly outweigh the one negative problems we have encountered overall.

    Pros: I love the format, I use it almost every day.
    Information is easy to accept and obtain for my records.
    I would definitely recommend it to other people.

    Cons: The identifications for the I-9's are complicated.
    Not sure WorkBright can change that though.

    Overall: It's easy and efficient! It could have a database to search ID's and see if they are acceptable for the I-9s. That would make it more efficient. I'm not the only person who thinks that so it would help a lot more people than me. Our company uses this site every day and it is more helpful than can be expressed.

    Overall it is the best app for hiring a new employee and keeping their records updated!

    Ability to reject forms for further completion.

    Cons: Need to be able to download all forms at once. One by one is time consuming.

    Overall: Good to great. The product is easy to use, one time yearly fee based on the approximate number of candidates we hire. Has an ATS that we aren't utilizing yet.

    Pros: Very easy to work with, navigate and a Awesome system to work with. If you need help they are available through messaging and resolve the issue.

    Cons: Remote I-9 but its still not really a issue because you can take the remote off and do it with them.

    Overall: Awesome product, very easy to navigate and when you need help they are available when you need them on messaging system. Remote I-9 are great for some and those who don't like we work with them. I like working with this product overall and will make sure to tell others how great this system is to work with as well.

    Pros: I can add documents that need to be signed even after staff being hired. I can upload the document and it notifies staff easily for me. Documents needed for the hiring process are all in one spot for staff. It makes it easier for us and very simple for new hires to get to and know everything required for them to fill out.

    Cons: Changing staff access and some of the behind the scenes things can be done, but it does require a lot to remember, mostly because it isn't done often. That being said, I figured out the process and wrote it down. I am now able to add or change things fairly easily.

    Overall: I use WorkBright almost daily during our hiring season and it takes a lot off of my plate. It helps keep the hiring process more hands off to be able to do other things. Yet keeps things going in a timely manner.

    Pros: It is an excellent source to collect just about every piece of onboarding/hiring paperwork you would need for a potential new employee.

    Cons: Every so often we have issues with loading an item onto the platform or user errors, with employees being unable to access certain forms.

    Overall: Overall this is an excellent product/platform. And we plan to utilize this platform as long as we possibly can.

    Pros: Keeps great track of the application process from integrating with job boards, collecting the applications, helping managers track the steps of calling, interviewing, offering, who declined or why you did not hire etc. Then it integrates to their Onboarding module which remains part of their employee file where you can upload all the documents for each team member and in most cases actually have them sign digital copies right on WorkBright.

    Cons: It does not seamlessly integrate with our payroll system, Netchex, so W4s, address changes etc. have to be separately completed in both systems.

    Overall: Excellent, definitely worth it! It streamlines the application and onboarding processes as well as stays as the team members permanent record as their employee file, no more paper files!

    Pros: Can see at a glance where I am with our new hires. We have a very heavy turnover and are hiring all the time. This really makes it easy to keep track of who is where in the process.

    Cons: Can't think of anything I don't like about WorkBright. I've been using WorkBright since 2020 and never want to lose it.

    Overall: Great experience - Great Product - WorkBright was able to adapt our own forms and they are so clearly printed - no chance of a misprint. The process is quick and easy for our guys.

    Pros: WorkBright is very easy to use, and once I get the rope of the product using it was really very smooth. Navigating the software was easy once I got the hang of it.

    Cons: Some feature are hard to find, the feature to delete a member was hard to fine in the system.

    Overall: This product is not too bad, the more I use it the better I get at it. Its seems to be well organized.
