Moderators can be assigned the role of of approving and rejecting the joining requests. It has provision to send out notification to members to join and to exit from the meeting. The host have ability to record the meeting and can share the download link with anyone for reference. If there is any privacy concern you can disable the recording feature.

Pros: The screen sharing functionality is excellent and reliable than other meeting tools. There is no capping in meeting duration. Video and audio quality is realistic and clear.
