48khz stereo neural audio codec for general audio
AGC (Audiogen Codec) is a convolutional autoencoder based on the DAC architecture, which holds SOTA. We found that training with EMA and adding a perceptual loss term with CLAP features improved performance. These codecs, being low compression, outperform Meta's EnCodec and DAC on general audio as validated from internal blind ELO games. We trained (relatively) very low compression codecs in the pursuit of solving a core issue regarding general music and audio generation, low acoustic quality, and audible artifacts, which hinder industry use for these models. ... -

An open-hardware and -firmware project that implements a USB-input fully-digital class-D audio amplifier. All processing is done on FPGA, including the USB-physical, USB-SIE, HID interface, clock-recovery, bus voltage regulation, noise-shaping and PWM output. A Microchip PIC based remote control is also included. The remote maps to the media buttons of the USB HID interface. The volume control, next track, previous track, stop and play/pause functions are supported. -

...To use VitOS on your Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (1/2/4/8GB version), just download the image file and write to the micro SD card with dd or other applications. The plugin is a combination of two libraries - SSRC and SOX, the first one is fixed, and the other is floating point. The main purpose is to "override" the LPF(s) inside of the DAC by upsampling (relatively) low sampling rate frequencies (44.1k, 48k), assuming the software can do it much more accurate. It should be noted that the component, allows to compare two main resampling techniques with the same parameters. The user interface is built to be intuitive and to allow to maximize the control and ability to adjust the parameters to the user's personal taste.

Source code content for Open Source packages used by the CASMR Stream Server (CSS). The code download portion of the Digicipher II system has been extended outside of the DAC 6000 and is now provided by CASMR 100. The code download functionality can be delivered simultaneously by both the DAC 6000 and CASMR 100. This is made possible by the introduction of the CASMR Stream Server, which is comprised of the RADD 6000 and data stream server functionality. The CSS multiplexes the DAC 6000 and CASMR 100 control streams and code object streams into a single combined out-of-band transport multiplex so the terminal can acquire them.
