This project aims to develop the most complete, standard compliant, high-quality Chinese (and CJKV) fonts and resources, including bitmap and outline fonts of various styles. We also develop web-based tools to facilitate online font-dev collaborations.

Hunspell is a spell checker and morphological analyzer library and program designed for languages with rich morphology and complex compounding or character encoding. Hunspell interfaces: Curses, Ispell compatible pipe interface, OpenOffice.org UNO module

NGX-Translate is an internationalization library for Angular. It lets you define translations for your content in different languages and switch between them easily. It gives you access to a service, a directive and a pipe to handle any dynamic or static content. NGX-Translate is also extremely modular. It is written in a way that makes it really easy to replace any part with a custom implementation in case the existing one doesn't fit your needs. The main part of the library is named core. You can use it on its own, but it is usually a good idea to add a loader to load your translations into your application. You can also extract the strings from your code with the extractor. This makes it really easy to start and maintain your translations. By default, there is no loader available. You can add translations manually using setTranslation but it is better to use a loader. You can write your own loader, or import an existing one.

File2XLIFF4j is a java based library for converting files to the XLIFF standard. Additional file type converters can be added.

Downloadable and open source Chinese-Spanish vocabulary inspired by the CEDICT and EDICT dictionaries. It is distributed in a plain Unicode text file that can be easily ported to other formats or used by different applications.

This is currently a bunch of scripst used to manage translations of a large number of Java Server Pages (JSP). It is not integrated into any IDE, but can be used as a general way to manage these files from anywhere.
