Open Source Perl Localization (L10N) Software

Belarusian localization of Bugzilla. Bugzilla is a Defect Tracking System (see http://www.bugzilla.org/). This project provides localized templates needed to build a Belarusian interface for Bugzilla.

IP2Location C library enables the user to find the country, region, city, coordinates, zip code, time zone, ISP, domain name, connection type, area code, weather, MCC, MNC, mobile brand name, elevation and usage type that any IP address or hostname originates from. It has been optimized for speed and memory utilization. Developers can use the API to query all IP2Location™ binary databases for applications written in C or supporting static/dynamic library.

NOTE: I couldn't keep up this project to align with latest Unicode spec. Not sure I may be continuing. perl DBI driver for PO internationalization files

potrans is a useful tool that helps in the translation of po files, it runs through all the untranslated (empty) terms in a po file, translates them using google's language tools, and marks them as fuzzy.

Panlingual lexicographic database. Web- and API-accessible service translates words among all languages and gives semantic and grammatical information. Usable for messaging, search, localization, and research. See also http://panlex.org.
