Dear freshmeat.net subscriber, barsnick just announced version 2.30.0 of GLib on freshmeat.net. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Optimizing Server Management HP Insight Control delivers powerful capabilities that enable you to proactively manage ProLiant server health - whether physical or virtual, deploy ProLiant servers quickly, optimize power consumption, and control ProLiant servers from anywhere. Read more to find out how HP ProLiant servers with Intel processors utilize Insight Control. http://www.accelacomm.com/jaw/fmnl/114/51444346/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The changes are as follows: GDBus gained a high-level object manager and code generation facilities that make use of it. An extensible TLS database was added where certificates and keys can be found and used, laying the foundation for integration with smart cards and other key stores. HMAC hashes are now also supported. Atomic operations were expanded to include bit operations (and, or, xor) and so that all operations are supported on pointer-sized operands. Bitlocks now work on pointer-sized operands. GApplication now supports non-single-instance applications. Other enhancements and many bugfixes were made. Project description: GLib is a library containing many useful C routines for things such as trees, hashes, and lists. GLib was previously distributed with the GTK toolkit, but has been split off as of the developers' version 1.1.0.
