The changes are as follows:

A bug where "--report" mode would incorrectly show packet loss on high-latency
connections was fixed.

Project description:

mtr combines the functionality of the 'traceroute' and 'ping' programs in a
single network diagnostic tool. It features a console as well as a GTK based
interface.
