The French mirror "Institut Pierre-Simon Laplace - CNRS FTP" still
does mirror Devil Linux and is reachable at this time.

The French site "Laboratoire de Meteorologie Dynamique - CNRS" does
not have at this time the mirror tree for Devil-Linux. The other
French sites are OK. I may know someone at IT staff for the failed
site. I'll contact him.

I confirm that the german mirror is DNS unknown and that the austrian
sites at this time don't have the mirror trees for Devil-Linux.
