[Devil-linux-develop] [fmII] grsecurity 1.8.4 released (Stable branch)

This email is to inform you of release '1.8.4' of 'grsecurity' through

The changes in this release are as follows:
The random IP ID code was changed, SMP random pid problems were fixed,
some
problems with random ttl, and having certain options compiled as modules
were fixed. The documentation was updated.
