[FE-discuss] FormEncode 1.3.0a1 Released to PyPI

Hi,

I have released FormEncode 1.3.0a1 to PyPI. This is an alpha version to
gather more feedback about the changes to support Python 3. If you are
using a recent version of pip this will not install without an explicit
version in the requirement specifier. The major outstanding item for a
final 1.3.0 release is documentation.

Thanks to all the people who posted bug reports, pull requests and
code/documentation in other forms.
