Hi Joe,

With the current project forge software, I don't believe it is possible to
give permissions to "authenticated" users.  However, once we switch to the
new Allura forge software, we will be able to grant write access to
authenticated users, which is something I have wanted for some time.  Until
then, you could send updates to me and I will add them for you.
