[Squirrel-sql-translators] New french translation Jar

Hello,

Here is a new version of the French translation jar for SQuirreL SQL, updat=
ed for the recent 2.4 Version.
Would it be possible to have an announcement on the translators mailing lis=
t 2 or 3 weeks before the next release, so that I can update the jar?

Actually, I was quite surprised not to receive any kind of announement for =
the 2.4 release, not even on the announcements mailing list...
