Work continius

UPMS is a part of Shilosh OS Project, UPMS is a package managment system, like bsd ports. To install everything from sources, optimized for the current system, not like any other (RPM, DEB), for i386. UPMS features are: two level dependencies, clean, easy to use SPEC file, called Pkgfile.
UPMS is currently alpha, and is under heavy development.
