debproxy - An archive replicating proxy download

debproxy is designed to be a "replicating proxy" for a Debian archive mirror. Through HTTP requests to the debproxy server, local mirrors of upstream archives are built based on the downstream requests. A precaching proxy is the ultimate goal.
