If you enjoy FSX as much as I do, you MUST get this little scenery program. This is a game changer. You can activate scenery and place it in priority without even starting FSX. You can move your scenery priority around by simply dragging and dropping. It works outstanding. When you start FSX, your scenery is ready. I never use the Scenery Library within FSX any more. A BIG thank you to the developers for making this wonderful program available. Scenery Config Editor is one of the best things that has happened with FSX. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

With over 250 layers of scenery for FSX this tool looks brilliant. However I'm nervous with some of the advanced options as I can't quite understand what they do. Are there any detailed instructions on what all the options mean?

On the face of it (my limited experience with SCE) the programme shows promise. It would appear that once a Group has been ticked (Areas within activated) one must SAVE this action before starting FSX to ensure that the activated scenery files appear active in FSX Library. May I suggest that an "OK" or "Apply" button be made available in the far right column to achieve this instead of having to go "File > Save". An "OK" or "Apply" button would fall in line with the standard used by other programmes.
