First of all, there is nothing inside the zip file. But only an email where the developer is asking for help. To Developer: If you dont know how to create a simple IRC Client using vBNET then you shouldnt publish something that is completely empty. I build a complete version in 1 week or less. I just came back after a week to see if the user had updated his Download! Still nothing! What a Shame!
