MUOOP is conceived from a fusion of the ROM based fighting mud, and UglyMug, a talker originally based on tiny. Add a dash of SQL Server, and several beers later, you arrive at a MUOOP. Oh yes, Ozzard insisted on adding quite a bit of Smalltalk as well.
