Was a 5-star. Then it just stopped working. Reinstallation didn't work. Dialog box said it had a 'handling error,' whatever that is. Too bad. Did the trick.

just works. But I don't like the installer. As a small tool, this download should be a little exe/zip and then run, no need to install.
