UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol) is an open standard intended to make commerce integrations interoperable across platforms, agents, businesses, and payment providers without bespoke, one-off connector builds. It defines a shared “common language” and functional primitives so that different systems can express commerce actions and state transitions in a consistent way.
