    "Failed to do my task, I want a refund, not credit. "

    Pros: I just posted a task, pick a tradies and paid for the deposit. Then the tradies ask for more money to cover his fee, and lie about his availability.

    Cons: I cancel the task and waiting to ask for my refund. I am not happy because I was not told I need to pay for booking fees before I confirm to pick the tradies and before I pay for the deposit. I only noticed about the booking fees after I provide my credit card info and agree the terms and conditions, which is I need to pay for the booking fees, and I don’t know the amount of the booking fees as well. This is not transparencies about the fees for the poster.

    Overall: I am still waiting for the confirmation email and waiting for the instruction for my refund. I will keep posting my comment on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Wikipedia, until my issue is resolved. Thank you.
