    "Incompetent, Rude and Expensive "

    Pros: When the devices work they do what they should. Kind of. But not always. But Cantaloupe is very good at billing. Even for devices they shouldn't be billing you for. Bonus!

    Cons: Terrible customer service.

    Devices are breaking down or losing functionality all the time.

    Lost a lot of software features after EMV compliance. In return for fewer software features they raised their monitoring prices.

    Nightmare billing issues that last for MONTHS when defective devices are returned.

    Good luck speaking to anyone stateside. Constant run around with no resolution.

    Overall rude and unhelpful.

    Overall: This company helps make cashless vending miserable.

    I would recommend any other cashless company than Cantaloupe. Their "D-" Better Business Rating is well deserved.

    Unreliable devices. Long contracts. Miserable, rude and argumentative service. Expensive.

    "The software is terrible, it's far overpriced, and I can't get anyone there to call me back. I would suggest not using any of their products or services"

    Pros: Nothing, the software, customer support, and reporting are awful.I can't express enough how bad it has been working with this company.

    Cons: -The software is overpriced --> far overpriced
    -The reporting is 15 years out of date
    -The customer service is terrible

    Overall: -I've been so upset at every instance working with this company
    -The software is terrible, they messed up getting my machine activated, so for a week it didn't take credit cards, and they did nothing about it.
    -I then had an outage and missed hundreds of dollars of sales, they still did nothing.
    -They then charged me an additional fee
    -It has been horrible working with them

    "Not worth the hassle"

    Pros: No pros that I can think of! Maybe the fact I didn’t waste my own money on this product! Or maybe when I start my day 90% of my truck is loaded for me! Other than that nothing!

    Cons: Systems not user friendly! System not compatible with all machines out there!

    Overall: I’m a vendor of 19 years experience and if I had my choice I would go back to the traditional way of filling machines! These seed devices are not compatible with all machines out there and the wireless signal is not very strong nor reliable! Does not help that I work for a company that is not using this system to its full benefits!
