    "Poor support and worst software"

    Pros: Initially the girl who called me from their team was very energetic and was even saying that they are available day and night. But after receiving payments, new people came and were always reluctant to give any support.

    Cons: Myself, Dr Naresh Jindal, owner of Ishwar Hospital, found this company on indiamart 'Tirupati international software infotech pvt limited'.
    And purchased software from them in March 2021, I made all payments in full and as desired by company in full, but to my surprise, when I started installation of software in my hospital, I found that there are not much people there for installation or corrections help. Their staff not only does not pick up any phone but also most of the time misbehaves with customers, and therefore when even after trying for 4 months and our consistent requests, when we didn't find any customer support from them, I had to shift to another software.

    Overall: A very badly maintained software, a lots and lots of basic problems and zero help from their side.
    Never recommend anyone to fall in trap of these people.

    "The best HMS software. "

    Pros: The complete hospital digital solutions to make your hospital work fully computerized as patient care as well as hospital management form appointment, registration, billing, doctor & nurse manage, accounts, inventory, pharmacy, patient EMR, etc.

    Cons: Sometimes speed is an issue with local networking, required to change database or upgrade database to enhance speed, rest of the parts work okay.

    Overall: Good team & product for 100-500 bedded hospital, as well as online version also have mobile app to access from anywhere remotely.
