Kanban Tool

Pros: Is a very easy to use tool.
flexible with multiple swim lanes.
Has simple yet nice interface.
Their customer service is kind and professional.

Cons: No nested boards.
Less add-ins compared to other Kanbans.
Visually not so appealing as other tools.

Overall: It is my project management tool of choice for over one year and I am very happy so far.
Still some improvements could be made but for the time being I would recommend it for small teams and for quick learning curve needs.

Pros: What I like the most in Kanban Tool is that it is simple and clean. It offers everything you would expect in a kanban, without being full of buttons and options you will never use.

Cons: One of the low points of Kanban Tool is the recurring task tool. I feel it would be better if it offered more flexibility on the frequency of tasks, although it already offers many frequency options.

Overall: Kanban tool has served me extremely well to organize and prioritize tasks. It is easy to make customizations to any workflow.

Pros: Very easy to set up and use, useful fore organizing tasks and team management. Been using for 1-2 years.

Cons: Could have more integrations, subpages and places to take notes.

Overall: Very helpful tool that increases productivity. We use it to organize a 3 person engineering team and it works wonders.

Pros: I enjoy the timer feature because I can set projects and priorities, and then when I start working on them the timer helps me keep track of time for billing purposes.

Cons: Only thing I don't like right now is that it *looks* a little less exciting than other platforms, but the functionality is such that a simple looking UI is almost not a con at all.

Overall: Excellent, simple and valuable tool to help stay organized for my projects. It doesn't require much initial learning, so anyone can jump right in.

Pros: The most useful feature which I didn't find anywhere else so far: you can show the ToDo-List of every card in the Board from the Beginning (always on). You don't need to expand it every time you want to look whats to do.

Cons: Not really a con, but if I would change something: Dependencies between Cards/Tasks could be better visualized.

Overall: You can start really easy and grow while using. The Setup is made very fast and the Powerups helps to not overload your Board. There are a lot of other Features, check the Powerups in Settings. I'm using Kanban-Tool also for personal Plannings (f.e. Holidays etc.). Function Requests are also gladly received and processed by the support and development team.

Pros: Kanban is so versatile for all your needs and requirements and can be tailored to anything you need to use it for. Access it anywhere anytime you are online.

Cons: Nothing negative that i have found :) maybe not as good if you don't have data or internet access.

Overall: Perfect to through out any written to do list that you have. You can have multiple lists within the same board. Never lose track of anything.

Pros: Easy to use, friendly interface and quite nice. Ease of manipulation by the team and this greatly motivates their performance.

Cons: So far everything is on the right track, I have no cons.

Overall: It has been very useful, time has been saved and the results have improved. It has encouraged teamwork.

Pros: I really appreciate the ability to very easily define the workflow and processes that work for me. The visual interface had me working almost instantly and I was able to evolve workflows as needed.

Cons: At least so far, it has done everything I need from it.

Overall: I use this both for my personal (complicated) financial affairs as well as for my business. I am easily able to maintain the state of my workflows and fold in others as needed.

Pros: I've been using Kanban Tool for some months and it has become an essential piece of daily work. The main interface and primary setup options might seem basic, but once you get used to it, you discover its full potential. Integration with third-party tools and fine-tuning code improvements expand its functionality by providing visual feedback that can be used to control tasks accurately, diagnose problems, identify bottlenecks, and see how changes impact the project as a whole.

Cons: No super fancy UI's, just a very functional option on desktop (web) version. The android app should be improved as it lacks visual arrangement and functionality.

Overall: I've been using it for more than a la half year now... and I'm really satisfied with the first impressions. I discovered Kanban Tool at the precise moment of a business project launch and I've been using daily so far. An essential tool for me now. No problems detected to contact Customer Service so far.

Pros: Very useful app, it's possible to drag and drop every task to other lists. possible to make different types of lists, a user-friendly environment, possible to hide and show everything, and descriptions for items with the possibility of attaching files. and also very good support team.

Cons: Actually, there is nothing to mention. Everything is fine.

Overall: As I mentioned before, this software is a very complete software with many features. By using this software, I don't forget my tasks anymore and I can better manage projects and people.

Pros: This product is especially easy to customize and setup. You can easily define your process the way you want to. It is visibly very clean and intuitive. Finally, it has all the features one would expect from a Kanban tool.

Cons: Nothing yet comes to mind in nearly a year of use.

Overall: I enjoyed this product from my first demo and have been able to adapt it to any needs which have come up since.

Pros: Good price, good set of features, easy to use, helpful customer service. I like that it has features that help me to analyze my work, it comes in handy quite often.

Overall: I really like the tool. I've used it for a couple of years and I'm planning to use it for longer. I'd recommend it to my friends, I recommend it to you!

Pros: I like the intuitive design that makes it easy to use the tool even if you're not tech-savvy. The time tracking feature is awesome, I'm glad I don't need a separate app for it anymore. The price is okay, the features are great. I think it's definitely a worth trying tool.

Cons: I can't think of any cons, to be honest. I think it's a great tool.

Cons: None yet. I have only just installed it. It's hard to fault this product on first impressions. Very impressed with what I have see so far.

Overall: Brilliant! If you want a product (I've tried 3 so far). This is the one I'm going to settle on. It's hit the mark.

Pros: We are a small company managing our all work across every department using Kanban Tool. The best part is that it's reaaaaally easy to use and track time automatically.

Cons: iPhone app is rarely updates and lack many features that are available via web.

Overall: Overall, Kanban Tool is highly recommended! It's a game changer and made all of us around 50% more productive!

Pros: I like that the tool is easy to use. It has a use-friendly interface. You basically start using it and know exactly how to do that, which is great. And if you don't there's friendly helpdesk ready to help you out. The tool has all the features I need, including a time tracker. I use a free plan, but as far as I know, the paid ones aren't too expensive either. It's just a wonderful tool.

Cons: Haven't found any cons yet. The tool is just very good.

Overall: It's a great tool, I would recommend it to everyone. In fact, I recommended it to a couple of my friends and they liked it too!

Pros: Tens of optional hidden features like automation rules, repeating tasks and ready-made checklists. They are what turned our very simple KanBan board to a comprehensive machine for the whole department's project management system. Love that!

Cons: I'd like for the mobile apps to have 100% of the web app capabilities. But then again, we only use task updates on our smartphones, so not sure how important this really is. Maybe they were right all along.

Overall: Simple but fabulously effective. And, I still cannot believe kanbantool.com does not charge for extra unlimited boards nor for enabling any of the, I think, 30 power-up add-ons. A steal!
