"Reliable, simple, and the support team actually helps" Posted 2026-04-15
Pros: What I appreciate most about KrispCall is that it's reliable. It does what it's supposed to do consistently. I've had maybe one or two minor hiccups in six months of daily use. When I did need help, support responded the same day and solved the issue. The tool is simple enough that I rarely need help but knowing it's there makes a difference.
Cons: On a few occasions the app didn't notify me of an incoming call when it was running in the background on my phone. I missed a couple calls because of it. It doesn't happen often but it's a bit frustrating when it does.
Overall: I was juggling calls, voicemails, and texts across different apps and missing things constantly. Having everything in one place means nothing slips through. My response time to clients has improved a lot.

"Our Pipedrive workflow is so much smoother now — calls just appear in the deal timeline" Posted 2026-04-13
Pros: I'm a sales manager and I live in Pipedrive. The fact that KrispCall integrates natively with it and automatically logs calls to deal records is probably the single feature that sold me. My reps no longer have any excuse for incomplete call history in our CRM, which means when I look at a deal, I have a full picture of every touchpoint. The ability to listen to recorded calls right from within a Pipedrive deal is something I use almost daily for deal reviews.
Cons: I'd love the ability to automatically tag calls based on keywords from the transcript — like if a rep mentions 'pricing' or 'competitor,' having that auto-tag in Pipedrive would be incredible. I know this might be on the roadmap.
Overall: Activity reporting used to be the bane of my life as a manager — reps logging selectively, data being inaccurate, me never really knowing what was happening on the phones. KrispCall's automatic logging solved that entirely. Now I know exactly how many calls each rep made, how long they lasted, and can listen to any of them. Performance management has become so much more objective.

"Exactly What We Needed for Consistent Communication" Posted 2026-04-10
Pros: What I appreciate the most is the consistency. Calls go through, audio is clear, and I don’t have to double-check everything like I used to with our old system.
Cons: Some features take a bit of exploring to fully understand, especially if you want to go beyond the basics.
Overall: It removed the daily stress around communication. I’m not constantly checking if calls are working anymore, and that peace of mind is huge.

"Affordable and Reliable, But Reporting Is Weak" Posted 2026-04-08
Pros: I’m happy with how stable it is. Calls go through consistently, and my team doesn’t have to deal with random drops.
Cons: No screen sharing, limited recording options, and it sometimes lags when multiple people are on.
Overall: It’s perfect for basic communication, but for actually analyzing performance. For our small team i don't think we have better option than this.

"Call Recording That Actually Improves Your Sales Team" Posted 2026-04-03
Pros: The call recording feature has genuinely changed how we run our sales team. Recordings save automatically, quality is clear enough to catch every detail. Beyond that the overall platform is intuitive, call quality is excellent and the pricing makes it accessible without feeling like a budget compromise.
Cons: Reporting could go a little deeper for more detailed performance tracking. We like digging into call data and there are a few filters i wish were available.
Overall: We needed a professional phone setup without enterprise pricing. KrispCall gave us exactly that. Now we record everything, review weekly and the improvement in our team's performance has been measurable.

"live call monitoring made me a better manager" Posted 2026-04-02
Pros: I can see every live call happening across the team in real time, easy to jump in and whisper to agents without the client hearing, helps new reps build confidence knowing support is there, call quality on monitored calls is just as clear as regular ones.
Cons: would love a few more options on the lower tier plan
Overall: switched purely because of call quality complaints with my old tool. first call on KrispCall and the difference was immediate. I won't take my previous voip provider name but the support was not responsive, i used to text them my problem but hardly they used to reply, now krispcall is quite good.

" Switched From RingCentral, No Regrets" Posted 2026-03-30
Pros: Been using KrispCall for about 4 months now after leaving RingCentral. Honestly the call quality is comparable but the price difference is significant. Setup was way less complicated. The app doesn't feel bloated like some enterprise tools do.
Cons: Miss a couple of reporting features from our old provider. Nothing critical but noticeable.
Overall: Made the switch mostly because of pricing and stayed because the product is genuinely good. Small business owners will appreciate how straightforward everything is.
