    "Game changer for my pizza shop"

    Pros: Fast set up, responsive support, cheaper than hiring idiot kids. My orders are now accurate and get sent right to my printer. Makes weekends much easier because I don't have customers waiting on hold or 17 year olds not showing up for work or not answering the phones. I'm opening up a 2nd location in June and will be using Loman at that shop too.

    Cons: Small learning curve, similar to training a new employee before loman was fully up to speed. Worked with an onboarding lady to get the tech dialed in.

    Overall: A great experience so far. I've had this in my shop for almost 8 months and not hearing the phone ring every 2 minutes was a bit weird at first. Seeing the tickets print out accurately has increased my google reviews and some people even comment about how nice the lady on the phone is. They've made some great improvements to the dashboard that allow me to control upsells and revenue reports.

    Pros: It helped our staff and customers. It helped our bottom line. They take orders when we are closed. They are completely customizable and can take payments. The customer service is unmatched. They are the most polished companies in the restaurant AI space.

    Cons: We couldn’t find it sooner. We spent a lot of time looking for a partner, and we are genuinely upset that we were not able to find this partner a year sooner because we would’ve been able to grow our company dramatically quicker.

    Overall: I spent nearly a year, researching as many AI tools on the market to integrate into my business to partner with, and as I narrowed all of them down, Loman continued to rise to the top. Once we partnered with them, all they’ve continued to do has impressed us, and our customers. We were able to not only streamline our staffing, but increase our top and bottom line of our business while increasing our order size and our ordering experience for our customer. The customer experience has increased dramatically, and the experience on our end has been nothing short of outstanding. We have zero pain points with the company and never have any issues that slow down our operation. I have vetted nearly every company in the restaurant space that wants to get into AI, and every company races to the bottom on price and rarely talks about quality.     Pros: The company was great, the onboarding took less than 5 days and I was up and running. Whenever I have an issue they are on it immediately. I can’t recommend this company enough.

    Cons: Maybe some sticker shock on price first off but the ROI make that go away in days

    Overall: I would recommend this company to anybody that wants to use it. It’s definitely the best AI that I looked at out of all of them.

    Pros: I got really bad experience so no pros for them.
    They did not fix the problem and still charged me $1000.

    Cons: Online team support is terrible.
    I had Loman.ai in my pizza place from 4 months and they are not able to figure out why there AI agent is not able to take orders correctly or why it gives incorrect information to the customers.
    They said they improve their service overtime but it is almost 4 months and l don’t want to loose my customers with improper answers and finally get frustrated and get out from their contract but i got charged more than $ 1000 which they are not ready to refund me for terrible AI service.
    Think twice guys before you dive into it .

    Overall: I am super mad with their technical team support as they never fix my issue which i sent them in over literally more than 100 emails and problems are not solved but still they want to charge me monthly regardless i am using or not their AI system .
    I never right bad reviews for small mistakes but with them i was in process to make Loman.ai agent right for my pizza place and that annoys me more for not solving my problem and charge me big bucks.
