Agent interactions are measured in messages, with costs ranging from 1 cent for simple responses to 30 cents for accessing work data via the Microsoft Graph. This initiative aims to familiarize businesses with AI tools, encouraging adoption of the comprehensive Microsoft 365 Copilot suite, which remains available at $30 per user per month.
