Pros: Simple to use and takes care of all the hard work, like autofilling our schedule with optimization, contacting our clients to make sure they are going to show up. The ability to manage a plethora of variations for pricing and services allows us to maximize our revenue. And we have found the most creative ways to market to our area, leveraging MoeGo's intake forms.

Cons: We are a bit geeky and wish we could do more with the data, but realistically, that's not how most dog groomers are. The ability to customize our pricing in great detail also makes it challenging when wanting to make changes across breeds. It's a one-time pain but worth it.

Overall: We leverage MoeGo to operationalize our business. It's literally doing the job of multiple people and doing it really well. We have found ways to increase revenue, save time, make our business more efficient, and market in new ways that all help our bottom line.

Pros: MoeGo is innovative and always improving their product based on their clients needs and suggestions. Their customer service is amazing! Every time we need help, we get real live, personal attention.

Cons: We have many facets of our grooming business. We sell taxable and non-taxable items. The reporting features for sales tax are somewhat hard to use, but I do think they will get around to fixing it.

Overall: Of all the grooming software systems I have used, MoeGo is hands down the best for ease of use, an abundance of features that make a groomer's life easier and outstanding marketing and growth options. I love them!

Pros: Love that its never long to get my questions and concerns cleared up. Quick and helpful team members.

Cons: Price is high compared to many other options available. Don't like the second phone number messaging clients as its more things for us to manage. Wish there was a "do not reply" option for reminders

Overall: Highly recommend. Overall its a premium product and I understand no product will check ever box, but MoeGo checks most of them. Plus knowing they are always improving is appropriated

Pros: the constant updates to keep the system current and flowing fast and effectively in turn Takes daily steps out of my physical routine and puts it into one button and done. It gives me time back for the dogs and clients.

Cons: Not getting notice before updates if the system would lock or lag but they changed that also and now we get a warning and time frame.

Overall: I still do not fully understand how a system could base the needs of groomers and business integrate it and perfect it right down to loans now!! update a s life alters ( like covid). They hear and listen to groomers and make changes accordingly. I truly cannot say enough about them . They see and hear the small groomers NOT just the known ones.

Pros: The smart scheduling and route optimization features are essential for mobile groomers, as they maximize efficiency, which reduces fuel expenses while allowing you to schedule more clients on a given day. Who doesn't want to save time and money?

Cons: I have no complaints. Their support team is available at all times, and they even respond overnight!

Overall: Switching to MoeGo from Pawfinity was the best decision I ever made!! The only thing I regret is not switching sooner. If you’re thinking about switching, don’t hesitate, because you’ll love it.

Pros: I love MoeGo and all of the upgrades and the features. It makes running my business fun and exciting. I especially love the abandoned bookings feature

Cons: The price is really high. I would love more affordable pricing for the program.
