Pros: Connecting OneDrive to services such as google drive is possible, so we can create double backups of our information for little cost. This helps that in the long run the need to redo lost data is unnecessary when synchronizing our computer or cell phone with the cloud. Within OneDrive we can save all the information of our work projects, regardless of the format.

Cons: There are some applications apparently integrable with OneDrive that do not let us export information to the cloud. One of them is Slack, whose files we cannot send to OneDrive to create backup copies. Apart from this, we have not found any other usage problem that would make us desist from using OneDrive as a backup service.

Overall: We think that Microsoft OneDrive fulfills all the functions required to be a stable cloud storage system, and thanks to the potential of its API it is possible to integrate and connect data across many other platforms. Using OneDrive, files can be shared on both desktop and mobile workspaces without any complications.

Pros: It is a great platform that allows you to create shared team libraries where business advisors can create documents, add notebooks and attachments that can be shared with several other advisors on the team. It allows restricted access to only those people who have been allowed to use that library.

Cons: OneDrive can only help create documents that are from Microsoft and no other tool or application can integrate with it. The shared libraries created require authentication to access and it is quite a cumbersome process. It is possible to share data, but the other person can also access it when they receive a link in their mail.

Overall: It is ideal for storage and retrieval of all types of files, it also works well for collaboration. Its upload speed is acceptable and its storage capacity is ample. Microsoft OneDrive has helped us solve organizational problems in our work environment, it gives us a platform where we can easily upload files / documents quickly and securely, keep them organized by folders and access them from anywhere using any device whenever the need arises. Its upload speed and storage capacity are perfect for us.

Pros: I like that there is both a free and paid version.

Pros: OneDrive gives a big storage space for saving large amount of data in cloud with many additional services to ease out remote working with collaboration. The process of uploading the files and accessing and downloading them from any location is simple and easy enough in Microsoft OneDrive.

Cons: It is the best service with easy and simple user interface and there is none to complain about it.

Overall: Microsoft OneDrive is the most user friendly cloud storage service in the market with lots of useful features and availability is among all operating systems.

Pros: OneDrive is really great for any type of large business. It solves all the essential functions of the cloud storage space for teams working together and in different locations.

Cons: OneDrive works with the mobile app, however, updates made online are often slow to update in the app. I want to see an instant link.

Overall: Microsoft assistance is not constantly instant for non-critical issues. In fact, it took days to identify a consent issue; this was the only time I needed to contact Microsoft support. In general, it has an excellent frequently asked question and is also a very straightforward and simple software application, so contacting support is unusual.

Pros: OneDrive provides two services private vault and backup storage. I have been using it as my back up solution because I am a Windows user, so it blends with the OS amazingly giving optimum performance. It stores everything encrypted which assure the safety of your content on the cloud.

Cons: While syncing your data, if you are short of data, you cannot pause it like other updates of Microsoft. Once it starts, it won't stop until it's complete.

Pros: A very visually attractive User Interface. Available for Windows, Android, and many other platforms. As it is a Microsoft product it is well integrated with Windows 10 and other services like office 365. A great tool for file sharing and collaboration among colleagues.

Cons: offers lesser free storage and functionality for free users. Only specific folders are permitted to get synced.

Overall: OneDrive has much great functionality and features, is reliable, has online office apps, and wide platform support. OneDrive has attractive user interfaces and powerful tools for collaborative work. OneDrive is very well integrated with OneDrive. Backup and syncing services are not only for PCs, but also available for other platforms like Macs, Androids, iOS, and Xbox.
