Pros: Rebecca's ability to identify fraud candidates & eliminate when someone has extensively used AI to enhance their portfolio.
Cons: I would like for it to rank candidates for me but apparently according to laws it's not allowed to do that.
Overall: I love using Rebecca AI & it's helped my business hire better & faster and there's no fear of dealing with synthetic or fraudulent candidates anymore.
